At Supreme Party Boat, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If we cancel a tour due to unsafe weather or operational reasons, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process.
