At Supreme Party Boat, our mission is to provide safe, fun, and unforgettable experiences for every guest. We are committed to delivering excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and respect.

1. Reservations

  • Reservations are confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment.

  • All reservations are subject to availability.

  • Guests will receive a confirmation with the tour details after booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour may qualify for a refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour may not be refundable.

  • In the event of unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

3. Arrival Time

  • Guests should arrive at the designated pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Late arrivals may miss the tour and may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Safety

  • The safety of our guests is our highest priority.

  • All passengers must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.

  • Life jackets and safety equipment are available onboard.

  • Any behavior that endangers other guests or the crew may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

5. Alcohol Policy

  • Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests of legal drinking age.

  • Responsible drinking is expected at all times.

  • Excessive intoxication or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • Supreme Party Boat is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. Health and Medical Conditions

  • Guests should inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility limitations before the tour.

  • Pregnant guests or individuals with serious medical conditions should consult a physician before participating.

8. Photography and Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the excursion for promotional purposes.

  • By participating, guests grant permission for their images to be used unless they notify us in writing before the tour.

9. Respectful Conduct

  • We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

  • Harassment, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities will not be tolerated.
