Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Supreme Party Boat. By booking or participating in our tours, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment or the required deposit has been received.

2. Payments

Full or partial payment may be required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before the tour begins.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour may not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • If a tour is canceled by Supreme Party Boat due to unsafe weather conditions or operational reasons, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Check-In

Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may miss the tour and are not guaranteed a refund.

5. Safety

All guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. Supreme Party Boat reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior may endanger themselves or others.

6. Health Requirements

Guests should ensure they are physically able to participate in marine activities. Pregnant guests or individuals with serious medical conditions should consult a physician before booking.

7. Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests who meet the legal drinking age. Excessive alcohol consumption or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

8. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Supreme Party Boat is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

9. Itinerary Changes

Tour routes, schedules, and activities may be modified due to weather, sea conditions, or safety requirements without prior notice.

10. Photography and Media

Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless the guest requests otherwise in writing before the tour.

11. Limitation of Liability

Participation in marine activities involves inherent risks. By joining the tour, guests accept these risks and agree that Supreme Party Boat shall not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages except where required by applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
